Hello Blade Forums!. I'm not new to knives but I am new to posting about them. I have a small collection - nothing incredibly valuable I just like exploring yard sales and flea markets to see what I find. If a knife speaks to me I'll buy it. Going to share a little but let me add the disclaimer that I don't care to know what these are worth, and they are not for sale. They amuse me.
My daily carry is my Official BSA #1046 5 blade purchased in 1982. Yeah, nothing special but always quite useful and I've owned it since I was 12.

I'm an 80's kid so I do need some balisong knives. There are others, but these are my favorites. One is a FHM I think post war because the dots are blue. I think the during war ones had red dots for the Japanese occupation. The brass one is a Pakistan knock-off from the 80s. It was cheap however its really solid and heavy in the hands, flips well and the pins stay tight. so a good knock off. It is odd that the latch is on the safe handle. that takes some getting used to.

Lastly some of my sheath knives. I needed a WW2 KA-BAR MK2 of course, and then found a Cattaraugus 225Q at a yard sale and had to have it. Then there is the 'Mexico' knife. It was on CL and just interesting. I probably paid too much for it - but it was just too unusual. Is it a fighting knife from the 40's? Is is just a souvenir from a typical roadside stand? I have no idea yet. Still digging.

Again - just an introduction to meet y'all. None of mine a mint, I like them better used as intended. you can almost feel the history when you hold the KA-BAR.
