Noob Question about Bead Blasting

Nope...it may make them less noticeable, but the only way to remove them is to sand the rest of the metal down to their level.

Yup, I had a bead blast cabinet for years and did the DC thing myself. It will strip coatings easily, but it will not take dimples unless you spend hours on one spot doing it, lol.
 
I actually like the dimples, so they have never bothered me.
 
Like the others have said, it won't make them go away. One tip I do have though is to chemically strip your knives first. Way less blasting you'll have to do around the handle scales.
