noob question: Ganzas, how do they work?

What exactly is a Ganza and how does it work? I just want to order a Busse. From my understanding a Ganza is just an announcement that the Busse online shop has a limited supply of knives in stock that aren't sold on a regular basis, correct me if I'm wrong. Also, it's first come, first serve basis.
