What is a Ganza in reference to Busse knives? I keep hearing it mentioned but am not sure what it is. Thanks.

As far as 'how often?', that's kind of variable. Last few years they have been held after the major shows (Knob Creek, Blade, Blade West) to sell off leftovers. But he has surprised us with others. We are still waiting for the promised Blade LeftOverGanzaaaa.
