Noobie here, looking for somebody to regrind/reprofile my SP8

I just got off the phone with Heber and asked him if he knew somebody, he said I might want to ask here. Basically I'm looking to get rid of the sabre grind and thin out the edge a bit more then powdercoat.. This SP8 is new to me (two days use) and it's just wedging way too much for my taste. I heard a fella named Justin Gingrich might be able to do it. Heber also mentioned Ban Tang but I think he might be a bit busy these days.

Anyhow, glad to be here and I appreciate the help!
 
Unfortunately, he is out as he is checked into the hospital for the time being. But once he's able to get your work done, I assure you it'll be clean and fast.

Dude (we have the same name...at least that's what my daughter keeps calling me :) )---if you want your knife sharp, I mean REAL sharp, wait for Richard to mend. You will never meet a better sharpener...a man who knows what he's doing and is proud of his work. ...Teddy

Hey Richard, hope your stay at the hospital goes well. I will go ahead and send you an email now along with my information so that you have it. I'm in no rush, so just get well.

I'll probably send one of my spare Benchmades to you to have that done as well. I have an Edge Pro with a bunch of goodies but it's always nice to see someone else's work.

To answer your question, I used to be at a regional airline. I went back to the EMS side (former FF/EMT, still maintain certifications) and I now fly Mobile Intensive Care Unit aircraft.
