Thought I would post this one to show everyone and as always any and all comments are very much appreciated. For those of you who have orders pending with me please don't worry as I have been sick and also had to take a few days out of the shop to take care of some business but your orders and knives are on the way. This knife is just one that I recently finished and as I finish them in order I post them here for everyone to look at. It is named after a good friend of mine.

Thanks for looking!

I love everything about that knife, except the mirror polish. Sorry, I just do not like mirror polish on any knife. The sheath is gorgeous too. I would LOVE to own a knife like that.

I can appreciate that as sometimes I myself don't really care for a mirror polish. I think I am going to do some experimenting in the future with this model and try some spray on finishes like Gun-Kote and maybe Brownells type of finishes. I also might try some satin finishes or belt finishes up to about 600 grit or so, what do you think?

Nice knife, Gilbert. Modern classic design. I ESPECIALLY like a well done mirror finish. As an older knifemaker who came up in the 80's, I feel it shows a skill that too many lack nowadays.

I worked long and hard to learn how to do a mirror finish and I appreciate the comments.

I really like it. It's a nice, clean, well-executed design that looks like it will be comfortable in the hand and a real pleasure to cut with. And I really like the mirror polish.

"Gil, this knife is so beautiful, the carbon handles are stunning, and
to put the icing on the cake it fit my hand to a T. This knife will
be going with me every hunt. The holster is superb one that will last,
my favorite style. All I can do is thank you very much."

I left the name off just in case they didn't want anyone to know.

You certainly don't need to hear this from me, Gil, but DAMN you make a clean knife! This can't be the first time I've said this of you, and probably won't be the last. Again, great work!

Gil,
I'm not crazy about carbon fiber but I love everything else about the knife. Lots of people do "Loveless" knives but not many do them well. This one is very well done! --Including the mirror polish.

Redsnake1997, Your knife is looking good and it is going to be probably the best that I have done so far. I still need to ask you a couple of questions about the sheath but will email you when I need to ask questions.

I'm sure glad I have one of your knives, it's a beauty.

(Bought it from you when you were selling on ebay -- the knife as shown did not have a lanyard hole, I asked if you could add one. Still recall and appreciate how accommodating and professional you were about it.)

Looking forward to it G. Just email me whenever you need some additional measurements or whatever else is required. :)
