Norma knives?

It looks to me like that knife is made by an outside factory (likely in China) for the company Norma.

It might be fine but it’s probably not good.

I’d expect it’s the equivalent of a gas station knife - they’re getting the best possible profit margin by cutting corners where quality is concerned.

I’d pass.

Blade HQ ALSO has a very similar knife for just a little more than you were hoping to spend but that’s properly made:

Be aware that these are chisel grind, so the edges are extra thin (good for a defensive knife) but somewhat more fragile (not ideal for utility cutting of hard materials).

I bought same knife from China without the clip part but much cheaper (2.5 or 3 times), but I think that even for this price it is not worth it. This is a small dagger with a very small handle.
