Normal detent strength on a Shiro?

I have two Shiros, an F3R and a recently purchased HatiOn Lite. The F3R fires open like a rocket and closes without even a flick. The HatiOn however seems to have one of the strongest detente I’ve experienced in some time. If you dissingage the lock bar enough to release the blade, but not enough to make it over the detent ball, it requires quite a bit of force to make it over the ball and shut. Curious if this is just how it is, or if mines is a bit stronger than others and worth a trip back for service? Included a video bellow for reference.

It’ll likely smooth out in time. I’d guess there’s a lot of lock bar tension. And the ball is new. The leading edge should smooth itself out I would think, and the lockbar should lose a little strength with repeated use.

I appreciate the reply. I'll keep working at it and see if some more action smooths it out a bit. I was just a little concerned as my F3R has seen just about the same amount of use and is much smoother. Perhaps it's just differences in models.
