normal order processing/ship time for ScrapYard?

I placed an online order for a sheath on 02/17, and received the email confirmation, but never any shipping confirmation - so I sent an email to them on 02/21 but haven't heard anything back.

Anyone know what's normal for these guys? I have no idea what to expect.

I know Patti is working on it as we speak & folks are receiving confirmation on orders or being advised if they missed out.

Normal processing seems to be 2 weeks (REAL weeks, not Jerry-time ) and that includes the international customers.

From the sounds of it, the shopping cart software really cracked under the load and really increased the amount of work Patti has to sort things out. This is not the norm though.
