Just wanted to share how pleased I am with the Mallard Bird and Trout from North Arm knives in Canada. They do the primary knife grinds and shape of the handles on a CNC out of G10 and S35VN and then finish by hand- at a great price. I'm going to use it as my backpacking knife and also in the kitchen, where it has been great so far. They have other models Im planning on getting now, including kitchen, folding, and hunting knives.
