I buy from New Graham in Bluefield WV. They ship fast and have no complaints about the service. I don't know if they ship to Canada however. Check out their web site.

I'm Canadian and recently ordered from new graham for the first time. They are an excellent knife dealer. Although their website says International customers have to pay through Western Union, this isn't true for Canada. You can use a credit card.
They'll also tighten the blade pivot for you if you ask, so that if customs opens the package and tries to flick the knife open, they won't be able too and therefore won't be able to take the knife away.
For a Canadian SOG dealer, I would recommend BK Global Products. They run an ebay store. They have a very decent selection and excellent prices.
