I really need a nose hair trimmer. I admit it. My conair hurts like NUTS. Any suggestions?

I have a very small pair of blunt-nose Fiscar scissors that work perfectly for this and moustache trimming. I also have been known to use a good sharp pair of fingernail clippers on those pesky single hairs that pop out of nose/ears.

It's this stuff that makes me doubt my firm stance on Darwinian Evolution. What possible evolutionary advantage could there be to have hair growing out of your ears?

Got one for the holidays.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

I bought the predecessor to this model that has the inner cutter twirled back and forth by a knurled knob whereas this one looks as if a squeeze action is translated to a rotary motion instead. Mine was bought 13+ years ago for $7.00 from my barber and works like the precision tool it is.

Here's an interesting story about the company that includes a drawing of the earlier model called the "Klipette".:D

And yet another link to the present company's site that includes a search feature to find a store near you.....! :D

remington makes a ti trimmer with 3 attatchments 1 for your 'burns, i std trimmer, and a nosehair attatchment, i got it for fathers day and its one of the most usefull things i have gotten in a while, really works well, cordless also, i highly reccomend it, cost ~ $30. really a great all in 1 item that does work.

What i've been doing is pulling 'em by hand. The first few times i did it brought tears to my eye. But nowadays it's addictive. Grab it with your thumb and index finger and pull it off quickly. Very satisfying. My wife hates it though when i do it. She says it's disgusting.

I bought a nice little Remington Titanium Personal Trimmer from Wal-Mart. I couldn't find it on Wal-Mart's website but here it is at Remington's website. I paid about $10 for it and it's worked great.

You didn't post this in Community, right? So don't worry about it. I only mod the Community Forum so if you placed this in there I would have moved it but I would have moved it to G&G.

depending on the size of the nose in question, anything from the scissors on the small SAKs to a pair of garden shears.

Helpful?
:D

You need these

They're made by Henckels. They work extremely well.

I just yank them out with tweesers, takes a while for them to come back too.

For those stubborn nosehairs try this.

Just chop-off your nose, then you can shave-off the nose hairs during your daily face-shaving ritual.:D.

There was a line in the movie Das Boot where one of the sailors suggest to a shipmate what to do about his nose hairs but I know don't if I should repeat it in Gadgets and Gear :)
