For a long time ago I have intended to purchase it. epecially black finish of blade is wonderful. As if random striking with large blunted square hammer.
bevel is mirror finish, rather vague parts of blade is 'Hamon' that is Marks of heat treat.

If it is possible i would like to get a look at the whole knife. I like what I see, but the handle looks like it might be really nice as well.

Looks like a very classy and rugged yet unique looking knife, at least on these forums. very intiguing profile. Yes, Please let us see the whole knife, including the handle and more details of the blade and sheath, if its not asking too much !!! Jason.

Sheath and steel texture remind me of a golok except the shape of the blade is different.

Man! That's what I call a temper line!!!!!!! :D

I think I'm in love..........:o

Hi jskim,
Very interesting knife with tough looking. Please let me know the manufacturer of this knife. BTW,is this wave line really a "Hamon" as katanas have?
I think Hamon is made at tempering prosess by the clay put on the blade. Or is this a line separate edge steel(Blue paper 2) from wrought iron which sandwichs the edge steel?

That is REALLY cool! Still, I wish I could see an even closer picture of that woven handle. Sorry, I'm being a pain. It looks very unique.

freaking beautiful!

I love the "rough" forged look mated with the hamon/higher grit finish...

Wow, the closeups make that knife look even more impressive. Beautiful union of rugged looks yet elegant lines.
