這是目前我接過的案件．
最奇怪的製作產品之一．
如果以同款項的煮咖啡的架子來說
應該算最高級的產品了吧！
雖然不是刀子．
不過製作手法及材料都是與刀子相關的．
鋼材是．１０８６＋L6 〔85層〕
　　L架跟馬蹄鐵形腳座都是同材質．
配件是．青銅．
柄材是．猛瑪象牙化石．馬賽克釘〔螺旋式排列〕．
夾頭是利用原來樣本的原廠夾頭．
整組是可拆式的製作方式．
難度．
一開始接單時．
想像製作應該沒有多困難．
可是到真正製作才知道難做啊！
首先是L架
本來想說要送去給車床車製．
本以為自己已經鍛造的很直了．〔有留厚〕
可是一架上車床就偏心圓了．
最後還是沒辦法
請廠家車個約３公分長的圓
做基準其他〔約快２０公分〕我用手工磨出．
這樣就解決一樣難題了．
不過事情還沒結束呢！
腳架更是難啊～
因為要凹成馬蹄鐵形
那才是具有挑戰性呢！
因為要中間寬兩邊細
所以在加熱後彎凹總是細的兩邊
先彎曲．
一直折騰了很久．．．
最後想到用油壓機壓製才解決問題．
結論．
做這種作品我真的是很享受其中的製作樂趣．
完成品我及客戶也都很滿意．
挑戰性高變化性大我喜歡這種感覺．
