Nice find. I've about 5-6 of the Imperial Cut. Co. SAK clones. Good knives, made as good as SAKs (heresy!) IMHO.

I have a few of these type Imperials. They aren't anywhere close to the quality of Victorinox or Wenger I'm my opinion, but I think they are cool knives.
 
They are super-cool. What a selection of blades! Well, maybe not the spey so much, but I sure do like that pruner.

Mine are marked ISC, not the old Imperial. I think Imperial Schrade Corp , Germany. Good knives basically clones of SAKs. Don't have a pic of mine, but here's a catalog page from the early 2000's

Nice.
They're not as much of a copy as the Colonial Swiss masters that even had a cross logo on them at one point but I like these better for being more of a standard scout.
