Not a tomahawk but made by a hawk company.

This has more of a Prac Tac vibe to it.

It’s nothing more than a machined piece of steel, with no sharpened edge or cartridge firing capability. Seems legal to me. Or a chain drive sprocket welded to a dimpled pipe to be more specific.

Yes you could kill someone with it.

There is nothing to explain.

Don’t post links to non supporting dealers.

"How would you explain it to a copper, the fuzz, the heat, the man, Johnny Law?"

Classed as a potentially lethal weapon. Concealment depends on local statutes. Deployment guidelines:
Final Target Areas – Head, neck and throat – Impact weapon strikes to these areas shall not be used unless the deputy is justified in the use of deadly force. Impact weapon strikes to the head, neck, throat, or clavicle will not be used, unless deadly force is justified.

This IS NOT legal advice!!!!!!!! Only guidelines publicly posted on the web for the general category of impact weapons.

I love RMJ and Ryan has been on a kick doing some historically inspired impact weapons that I think are pretty cool (and would certainly wreck someone’s day). But this doesn’t really have any exotic allure or meet a practical need. So kind of a miss for me.

Not something I'd likely carry in public, I prefer a .45ACP. But for something by the bed, or for something by the door, I have no problem with brutally direct action. I'd be unlikely to be convicted of targeting innocent victims with random violence at those ranges.

id call it a mace. kinda ugly and weird, but kinda a mace nonetheless.

It’s a mace - people don’t like , people do like it cool. It’s 125$ Too much ? Maybe, USA made, Definitely not too much of you own a rmj hawk. I kinda like. Won’t get it though - the joy of capitalism.
