Not allowed to leave feedback

Recently I've been locked out from leaving feedback after trades and sales. When I push the icon on a sales thread or trade to leave feedback it says my membership does not allow.
Please help.
 
Strange,I was just able to leave feedback this afternoon. Are you sure these threads are in the actual Exchange?
 
Its for my threads. If you look at my personal thread under "Want To Buy" (Want To Buy Ti Hinderer Scale 3.5") I click the green Feedback Icon in the lower left hand corner to leave feedback for the seller. It tells me I don't have access to this or I'm not a paid member.

That's because you're trying to leave feedback for yourself. Did you buy from NickB12? If so click on the his name click view profile. Then click the feedback score tab, then click submit feedback. Then all you need to do is copy the URL from your thread and paste it into the appropriate box.
