..... but figured that since I live about 25 miles from Great Eastern Cutlery, I "ought" to have one or two of them! So, decided to purchase a couple of GEC's Northfield 25 Little Jacks (one in jigged bone/polished blade and one in chechen rosewood/satin blade). Not sure they've made me a traditional folder convert .... but quite pleased with them and in the quality of the workmanship. Yup, they are great additions to the collection! Alright .... have to admit, the chechen rosewood is in my pocket as I type this!!

Welcome to traditionals!

I particularly like the jigging on the bone-handled Jack, but both are splendid little knives. :)

Congratulations those are very nice! Really like how the wood and jigged bone contrast with the brass liners.

You'll soon find that they preform most task much better than most modern folders and turn fewer heads. Congrats, those look great!

Welcome to the porch:thumbup: great looking knives. Living that close to GEC I would be broke, divorced and homeless in a year.:D

Thanks for the comments. These two certainly fill welcome position in my collection. Already starting to think about next years GEC Rendezvous.
