We've heard about Concerts N' Such, but what about other kinds of shows?

Bill Cosby (Funny guy. Opened for Al Green at a law firm Christmas party.)
Cirque du Soliel - Ka (Gotta do someting in Vegas if you don't particularly like gambling. Spectacular.)
George Carlin (More pissed off than funny. In fact, not really funny at all.)
Hal Holbrook - Mark Twain Tonight (What a great show.)
Spamalot (Another thing to do in Vegas. Amusing, but even with the cuts to fit the Vegas show format, it seemed long. Couldn't they have cut the Broadway in-jokes?)

Charlie Sheen (not winning)

I regularly attend the Boulder Dinner Theater for shows and a meal.

Saw Wicked when it played in Denver.

Pink Floyd lazer light show at the Fox in Atlanta about 25 years ago. It was Pink Floyd music with a killer light show, in an awesome theatre, but not a concert:p

Other than that, just some comedian's, and a couple of plays, but nothing worth mentioning really.

Does the Blade Show, or large gun shows count:p

+1 on Cirque du Soleil: Ka. Saw it three years ago in Vegas. Amazing is the only word I have to describe it.

Blue Man Group is also very much worth the price of admission, if you can ignore the enviro-lecture.

Would LOVE to see the stage production of Les Miserables before I die.

Blue Man Group is a great show, my wife got us tickets one year for my birthday
Ron White
Larry the Cable guy, always funny!
George Carlin, I thought he was pretty funny!
The Monster Trucks are always a treat to go and see.
I used to go to 2 NHRA races every year, Reading, PA and English town, NJ

I recently saw "The Wall" tour with Roger Waters, and, while it was definitely a concert, it was also one of the most amazing spectacles I've ever seen. Here's a small sample of what it was like for those of you that have not seen it...

I try to make it to the same small obscure convention in Atlanta every year since '07... You probably haven't heard of it.

;) :D:D

Ive seen the Phantom of the Opera and loved it. That is the only show I have seen other than Treasure Island in Vegas. I use to watch Cats all of the time at home, I had the video. :)

The only musical type stuff I've been to are the ones that the high school I went to put on, but I think those should count :) Other than that I've seen Jim Breuer, a few MotoX, and a Monster Jam or two.

I would love to see Les Mis, The Phantom of the Opera, and so many more.

I will skip the "arts" and go to a ball game anytime. Even considering the Super Bowl if my team makes it.

Garth

George Carlin (2000)
Evil Dead the Musical X2 (Toronto)
Zac Galifanakis (Bonnaroo 2008)
Brian Posehn (Bonnarroo 2008)

Highly recommend Evil Dead the Musical if you can find it

Tool concerts are awesome! Seen them 3 times! I also seen the Roger Waters "The Wall" tour in Tulsa awhile back and it was freakin awesome! I went to an all acoustic set of Alice in Chains last year and was against the stage directly in front of Jerry Cantrell and he handed my wife a guitar pick in between songs and also got to go back stage after the concert and meet him. My cousin is the events director for a large casino in Oklahoma and I get the hook up on all concerts and shows.

I saw Carol Channing do "Hello Dolly", but probably the best show was Ray Stevens.:D:thumbup::thumbup:

Is that really good? I knew I should have made it a point to see it when I was there. :(

The show's fun. The food is great! I've been pulled out in the show 4 times now. If you ever make it there, lemme know before you buy tickets. I'll let ya know where to sit if you wanna be in the show. The always pick from a certain spot. A little advice, I always prepay for my tickets & a drink for the preshow. It's cheaper that way, & get there an hour early if you wanna get a decent parking space. During the preshow, sit upstairs & before the music's over, go ahead & line up or you'll end up in the middle seating on a bench.
