Hey STR,

Wow - I just got the new clip you made for my Kershaw Tyrade & it is GREAT!

Thanks for all your hard work & effort I really appreciate it.​

This titanium low rider clip is just what I needed, it made this knife into an edc for me now, the carbon fiber inlay does not catch on the edge of my pocket going in or coming out & it is very discreet you cant see the end of the knife showing out the top of my pocket.

I didnt even have to send my knife into you to do it you used your own Tyrade as a guide & this thing screwed right on no problems at all I love it : )

I took the liberty of shooting some pics of it to share with the other members I hope you dont mind me posting them.

Thanks again for doing what you do to help guy's like me to tweek the knives we love so much.​

Thanks George for the great pics. That is some kind of scrutiny. I see a place the blaster missed under the clip at the mount in the middle that I could not see with my naked eyes. My bad there. Them are some real close ups though. I need to get me a magnifier I think. :thumbup:

I wanted to take some quick pics of the clip & of mostly only the clip hence the scrutiny

I was not trying to show anything but your awesome workmanship which I think I captured pretty well.

I started off with the first photo giving you the respect you deserve with your STR engraving like a billboard for all to see.

Anyway I figured I would rather waste my time taking photos of the clip thank have you take more photos because it leaves you more time to make them for others thats a win - win if I ever heard of one.

Thanks again I am very pleased with the outcome & I will be back for more work on some other projects I would like to to tackle for me.

100% improvement !! Can't really see why Kershaw has so much metal on their clips!I just trimmed down the clip on my ZDP mini cyclone !

STR, I'm finally ready to order my Tyrade low rider clip, just like this one above, as my Tyrade is coming to me on Saturdauy, FINALLY!!! Anyway, I just wanted to make sure that I did not need to send the knife, and if it was $35.00 on the cost? I will be sending a money order for this. One other question, would it be possible to do do a titanium backstrap in place of the fiber/plastic one it comes with? Maybe two questions. How would you remove the current one in the first place as there are no visible screws except for the pivot?

Just knowing that such a clip exsists is enough to tide me over..........................at least until my knife arrives, that is!
