Does anyone know how I can contact UPS about getting my money back? I ordered a knife from onestopknifeshop.com that was a day late sent via next day air.
 
You should contact the vendor directly in regards to this, they are the one who pays UPS for the shipping and would be able to get a rebate.

Yep, UPS won't even talk to you. They consider the sender their customer and that's who they will refund the money to. Then you need 1SKS to refund you.
 
Ok, I emailed onestopknifeshop.com, hopefully they'll get my refund for me. Thanks for the help guys.
