Not receiving any notice or alert when Trading feedback is left

Hello there! I think I may just be missing something (still not used to the new software even though it's been so long), but I'm not receiving any notices or alerts when Trading feedback is left, whether through email, through the Blade Forums alerts thingy, or otherwise.

On my "trading preferences" page I have every boxed checked pertaining to alerts for feedback. Is there something else I'm missing?

I'd like to know this too. Likely a new software issue because I have not had a notification since the change over. o_O

Bumping this because it's quite annoying to get no alert whatsoever when someone leaves feedback. I know this might come across as just whining, but other than expanding the number of allowed private messages, to me the user experience has gone downhill in all other respects with this new Blade Forums software.
 
Yup, I'm also not getting any notifications of feedback. I feel like a douche seeing several people left feedback for me a while ago and not having reciprocated.
 
I heard the answer is pretty simple-It doesn't work, because it "Doesn't work" since the new system was installed. Even though there still is set up for it
I no longer get Email notification of PM's either.
I don't know if it is something the administration can remedy or not, but I don't think it is user error.

I don't think this is a problem that Spark cares to solve (or can be solved) as no Mods have chimed in on this thread.
We just need to pay attention to our feedback numbers - it's the only clue. :rolleyes:

Whether or not Mods post in the thread has no relation to whether or not Spark is working the problem. Spark handles the software. The mods handle the threads and posts. Completely different people working completely different issues.
 
Same here. No notifications since the upgrade despite the fact that my settings are turned on. I have to check my Trading Stats manually to see if any new feedback has been submitted.

I've gotten in the habit of letting buyers and sellers know that I've left them feedback because I assume they were not notified either.
