Not recieving email notification

Haven't been for approx 24 hrs. Anyone else having this problem?

Ditto. I even checked to make sure I didn't somehow get in the "Bounced E-Mail Group," but no, the problem's on BFC's end.

I started getting my emails back at 10:35.

That's not it, it's been longer then 3 hours and sending email wouldn't be affected by a poisoned ARP cache.

I've notified tech support of this as well. We'll see what's up.

Support says that it was a backup in the queue from when the server was unable to communicate out due to the ARP cache issue. Or something. Sorry!

Just in case anyone is curious:

The ARP cache is a table which stores mappings between Datalink Layer addresses and Network Layer addresses.


The Data Link Layer addresses are usually MAC addresses and the Network Layer addresses are most frequently IP addresses.


You can see the one in your own Windows PC if you really want to. Open a command window and type:


C:\>arp -a
