Not showing upgrade to paid

Just finally did a gold membership and my profile still shows "registered user". I have the privileges it seems, though. Is there anything I need to do to change things?
 
Yes, click on Settings. Then click on Permission Groups. Click whichever group you upgraded yourself to (Basic, Gold, ect).
