not so great reviews

I only got to the steel comment-yeah 440hc, not one of my favorites either fro my late model 110s:foot:

Opening paint cans with the point and breaking some kind of wood by beating it with the handle. LOL, that one will probably be on here soon asking about how to get "warranty" work done.

there was no mention of blade play. my 110 is a great knife except for that fact. too bad.

Just to clarify, you are saying yours does have blade play? If so how old is it, cause blade play is pretty odd condition. I have an old 2 dot that has seen a good bit of use that has slight side to side but still very useable. I rather there was none but after 20
years of use, I couldnt condemn it for happening. Other than that, all my other 110s are solid as a rock. If yours has play and hasnt been abused, or just due to years and years of normal use, Buck will repair it or replace it under 4ever warranty. Theyed probably repair it even for wear play from years of use even though thats not defective.

Blade play in a 110 is not just odd, it's very rare. I read about it here sometimes, but I have about 200 110's plus or minus and haven't found one with blade play yet. Many of those I've heard of are the victims of abuse or hard use over a long period of time.
