not sure about purchasing automatic knife / otf knife

I live in maryland and I'm not sure if i am legally allowed to purchase otf/autos in MD since it is legal but some sources said that i cannot purchase it in MD?
 
There is no law in MD prevent you from buying or owning (carry is a separate issue). However there are laws that prevent dealers from selling them. It makes it hard to obtain one.
 
i have searched around that there is some website that can ship to md, if i order from bladehq, will it be guaranteed delivery or what?

BladeHQ is considered reliable to buy from, but you should understand something important first. While they are not violating MD law because they are not in MD (and thus not offering for sale within it), they are violating federal law by selling it across state lines. However a) That's their problem, not yours, and b) For one reason or another the feds just don't care, and BladeHQ continues to operate all the same.
