Not sure whats going on..

I recently purchased a basic membership, and it allowed me to change my avatar, signature, and profile, but it says that I am a "registered user" and it appears that my private messaging is not working right. Any idea of what I did wrong?

You have to make the membership change yourself. The latest version of the software does not do it automatically. The threads highlighted in yellow above the Tech support forum have all the information you need on getting it done.
