William-Henry knives is a the tail end of closing out their kitchen cutlery, probably not to see the light of day again, as Matt Conable(El Presidente of W-H) is moving in a different direction.
If any of you have any interest in using ZDP steel in a kitchen knife at a very reasonable price, about the only place is/was William-Henry....I picked up a carbon handled santuko paring knife at Blade for a song, and if William-Henry has any left, they probably want them gone ASAP.

The one that I got was black carbon fiber handled, and the middle knife in the attachment...BUT in straight laminate, not the "wave" pattern.
