yes this.^ 5160 custom option blades would be great on the 100 fixed blade series.I'm still waiting for 5160 as a custom shop option, but if they ever do that a 117 might be the model I'd be wanting.
5160 and brass would be an excellent combination.yes this.^ 5160 custom option blades would be great on the 100 fixed blade series.
I see they got a 117 pro on the site for sale now.
yeah it would.5160 and brass would be an excellent combination.
Has buck ever done the 113 ranger skinner in 5160 ?
I hear you, we are working on getting a drop point added to the Custom Shop. We have been working hard on that and some new additions to the Custom Shop.Could Buck be saving a expanded Custom shop for other models in the years to come? I hope Buck understands we ARE willing to pay to get the knife we want..But still no drop point 112 option and I feel it would be incredibly easy to offer us the option.
While we're wishing, I would love to get a stag canoe and trapper.I hear you, we are working on getting a drop point added to the Custom Shop. We have been working hard on that and some new additions to the Custom Shop.
I would like the whole slipjoint series in different handles. They did it in Burlwood and I even bought the entire set (despite being imported). I don't think Buck has a stable Stag supply right now, but Elk would be OK. I collect Case XX knives too, so wouldn't mind seeing jigged red bone, buffalo horn, stag, or elk handles. While we're wishing, I would love to get a stag canoe and trapper.![]()
I've just started my collection, but have similar preferences. I would like stag, but am okay with some other upgrade options like you mention. It is just something to make it a little special.I would like the whole slipjoint series in different handles. They did it in Burlwood and I even bought the entire set (despite being imported). What I wouldn't give for upgraded steel and handle options on the 500 series!I hear you, we are working on getting a drop point added to the Custom Shop. We have been working hard on that and some new additions to the Custom Shop.
