Note to mods re: deleted thread

The only thread ever deleted from me. "Spyderco PM2 Which would you sell". I am very far from selling any of them, am striking NO deals. I am not breaking the rules, lol. I've done paid members a service by BUYING off of here, but selling? Never tried, never suggested, never had. I just want to talk about PM2s. Is it my picture? I'll make another thread with different wording without the picture and EXPLICIT wording saying these are not coming to the pressess or even nessecarily being sold. Not a one is going for sure, it's an if.

I suppose I am saying I feel I broke no rule - I will be glad to get gold when I plan to sell but you can see that I'm not doing that. Gold would not be useful to me right now as I am not participating in your marketplace. When I do... there's the gold. Any reason for this not to work this way? Also, may I re-phrase/remove picture, or whatever element of it made you guys think that I'm trying to do sales without gold? If I did that, I'd be banned, you know that, so why not let me have my thread when I have not broken a rule? It sounds like the reason is I could break a rule.

Your initial post comes across as a vague attempt to solicit offers.

I am hankering and preparing for a new Military 2 when it drops, and I already splurged on a Native 5 as well as a Shaman M4 Micarta. So, I need to downsize a little if I am to upsize with my new wants of a K390 Police, a Stretch XL, and a Military 2.

There are other ways to have a discussion without the implication of a sale being forthcoming or desired.

Perhaps you might want to be here a bit longer than six months before you engage in lawyering us on the rules that govern the site. Just a thought.

I'm sorry, I did not mean any disrespect by creating this thread, nor was I trying to "lawyer" you. I was just stating two facts, that it was not in fact trolling for sales, and also that I seek to respect the rules. I didn't think I broke one, so I came over to express this in what I thought was the proper place. Other than that... If you deem it to be too close to XYZ to be allowed up, then you deem it to be too close.

I'll say, "What are your least-to-most favorite PM2s" or some such phrasing next time and not mention the need for cash, other knives, selling, etc. when I ask my question again. I am sorry, and genuinely meant no disrespect. I was slightly aggrieved, as I knew that I wasn't trolling for sales, but you don't, and it's your task to make these discretion calls. Yeah, I guess you can't just believe everyone saying "I WASN'T TRYING TO SELL THEM EVEN THO I EXPRESSED INTEREST IN SELLING, GODDD", haha, eh?

I was not aware. There is much more weird/scammy/scummy behavior in the knife community than I thought. I would never lie about my intentions or do any shady shit, and I get the mods for doing their thing.
Any mod here can clearly see I have never even attempted to pull any shit like that ever. Ierno, I was just attempting to figure out what the law of the land was. I'm not trying to piss anyone off but that seems like all I do here, no matter what tactic I take.

I have made no attempt to run around the rules, I would make absolutely clear. Boru or Water or whoever thought that it was too close to marketing. So it is. I was not trying to get any of those PM2s sold. I was slightly aggreived, came over here, complained a little, got schooled a little, apologized a lil, and intend to make the same thread minus discussion of selling/to the pref of the mods requests.

But at no point did I try and skirt any rule, that's one thing I'll stand heavy by.
