edit to add
im sure its a speed and feed thing

My Harbor Freight blade on the 64.5" bandsaw would barely cut wood, much less anything else. Got a Diemaster II from Carbide.com and it cuts everything! CArbon fiber, titanium, O1, 1095, Micarta, G-10, Concealex. Still going strong!

I use a lenox die-master 2, 14/18 on .050 ti and it works great. stay away from the 10/14, ti will pull the teeth off them. They do make another tooth pattern that is finer then the 14/18 that might be better, but 14/18 is the tooth pattern lenox recommended I use and so far its been right on.

Good luck,

Bill

thanks for the input also should i try to rip through the Ti or realy go slow going to get some more blades later today i think

just move the piece at the speed that lets the blade do its job, go to fast and you'll throw blades and teeth.
