Here's another bowie. 1075, Ironwood, stainless fittings, 10 in. blade, 5 1/8 in. handle, and another snazzy sheath from Dad. I really like the feel of this one...better get it shipped before I get attached:( Thanks for lookin', comments/critiques welcome.

Nailed this one too Ben. This one begs to cut something. :)

The handle looks really comfortable and a nice piece of wood too.

Fit, finish and the leather as well are clean as always.
 
The last couple of these have really tempted me to become a collector instead of just getting users. Definitely some of the best looking Bowies that I have seen.

These get used too, really. I think the majority of knives I've made are in use not in safes. The last Bowie of this model won the cutting demo at Jerry Fisk's micro show. Thanks for the comments, y'all.

This is my favorite sheath of those that I have seen from your Dad... the tooling is super crisp and the overall look really makes the knife/sheath combo a complete package.

I love this style of knife. I don't find the raised clip to be gimmicky or trendy. I think they are attractive and will become classics in time. This is another great example of the form. Super nice.

I like the way you're thinking! Aside from the form, the functional aspect of the raised-clip that I like is sharpenability...and I love a sharpened clip.
 
Fantastic looking combo. Knife flows real nice and super, super fit and finish, sheath top class too.
Ben I want one of these when you get around to making the next one for me!!
 
Great looking Knife Ben. I like the lines a lot, it all works together beautifully. I am not a fan of the raised clip but this is a sweet knife. The sheath looks very nice also. Nice overall package.

Thanks for taking the time to comment y'all. Dave, these here are my bread, butter 'n dog food knives. I'm hoping to have some upgraded stuff at Little Rock...like maybe damascus?

I like it.....being a HUGE bowie fan myself, I can appreciate the lines, the style and the craftsmanship that went into this beauty!! Very tempting I must say.....
