Nothing like pulling your knife out and finding screws missing.

Snug them up better. I crank mine down tight enough that you have an audible pop if you take them out.

I lost one doing a take down in a parking lot during lunch. Most hardware stores have the same size threading to get you by for now.

So are you missing 1 or 2?

the first time I put it together it seemed tightness made it wonky but took it back apart and it worked right but I guess I did not tighten them enough then. I only have one missing right now since one was in my pocket. well lesson learned. my great hardware store is closed till Monday.

It will come soon enough. Do you live out in the sticks?

I know some people put the purple loctite on the screws, now I can understand why.

ya I think I will do that. if I tighten the screws enough to stay knife is a bit stiff to open one handed.

That's a whole nother story. I just stropped my washers on the CF 21 for the second time and finished with a tiny amount of purple on the screw threads .

Your washers may be .001 too thick.

The blade is glassy smooth fully cranked down. Should be good for the next 11 months :)

Have you ever stropped the washers before?

I use Teflon tape on screws that have a tendency to back out.
Can't remember if I ever had to use it on a Sebenza

my hand condition sucks so much resistance my finger may slip when opening or closing the blade. I had to sell a Benchmade with assist opening I cut myself several times. I cut myself a couple times training my hand to open and close the 21.
