Becker Trailing Point BK-15

First up is a Becker Knife and Tool Short Trailing Point BK-15. It is NIB, hasn't been sharpened, and it has never cut anything. The only thing to note is that I cut the bottom retention strap off of the sheath because I found it clumsy and unnecessary (see pic). I popped the threads so there is no damage to the nylon. I bought this new, a week ago, and I took it on an overnighter this weekend. It's a chopping machine but a little big for my taste. I chopped some green soft woods and batoned through some cedar. There is some light finish wear (see pics) but the edge is still sharp and good to go. It features a 3/16" tapered 1075 steel blade w/ micarta sclaes. This is a very nice Justin Gingrich custom EDC. It is made with 5/32" CPM 3V steel and green canvas micarta scales. The 3" blade is fully convexed from spine to edge. It has a few minor scratches on the blade, but it is hair popping sharp. It includes a very nice kydex sheath set up for a large Tek-Lok (not included). Ships USPS Priority w/ DC.
