Noticed some newly discontinued models

I noticed that as of yesterday BladeHQ has marked several models as discontinued. I checked Benchmade's web site and it seems to be the case. All full size and mini Griptilians except for the plain edge satin variants. Proper, Altitude, Emissary, and some serrated SOCPs are also gone. Most surprisingly the satin Infidel and mini Infidel are gone too. Maybe the Infidel is getting a reboot.

So will the value of those models increase in the used market?

I could see the Proper and maybe the satin Infidel accruing value, but probably not the others. But I'm just guessing.

I’ve noticed some dealers have very nice prices on the griptilians

I’m not sure how recent this was but the Valet has apparently been discontinued as has the Jared Oeser friction folder with bottle opener
