Notification issues w/ both alerts & email

I am seeing inconsistent alerts for subscribed threads & forums. Some work, some don't.

Also, after the upgrade I have not once received an email notification. I checked spam/junk folder and it is clear.
 
ATT, Charter, SBCGlobal, SWBell, Bellsouth and all associated accounts are being throttled by their servers. When mail gets through, it's often delayed. We've contacted their abuse team to try and resolve this

It might be a similar issue, but my mail is on Microsoft. If Spark had to spin-up a new IP for his outgoing email, it will be throttled or blocked until it passes the arcane requirements to be considered a safe sender.

Just following up on this issue.

My email client showed nothing in the Junk/spam folder. However, I did not get today's MFA code so I logged into the web console. Lo and behold, all emails were in Junk. Unblocked the email address and all is good now.

Posting not to just admit I was wrong, but for other people so that they know to check the web email console and don't rely on email client to be correct.
