Impatiently waiting on the reader of this month's BOTM......
Hoping for another Kitchen Knife.
Each year I hope it is the bread knife but not serrated.
That would be awesome.
I am glad they released 3 new kitchen knives in Rosewood, so I picked up both the Santoku and the Petite Chef Knives.
I love my BOTM versions, and these 2 have been seeing use in the kitchen too. The Santoku BOTM has been my go to Kitchen Knife since the day I got it!

How about a maple-handled, non-serrated slicer for turkeys, ham, prime rib, etc, etc, etc for the upcoming Holiday feasts?

I would like a 935 ebony fork to go along with all of the past ebony cutlery. Maybe not as BOTM, but offered with the rest of the cutlery.

Last 4 November BOTM releases:
18-Nov-2020 945 Santoku Chef’s Knife, 12C27M, Ebony Handle

I'm in.

Or an ebony handled kitchen utility knife....

An ebony knife storage block would be welcome as well, tho it would be pricey I'm sure.

I like the idea of a model 942 Spreader knife with an engraving of a turkey on one side of the blade and a image of pilgrims sitting g down to a Thanksgiving feast on the other side of the blade. One handle scale is a lovely brown micarta and the other side is a bright orange G-10 handle scale. That would be a BOTM spoken about for years to come.

I don't know but I saw something about a cheese spreader that double as a tomato slicer.

Been dreaming of a new matching slicer for years.
Luckily I have an Empress set from the 70's that we use.

948 Vegetable Cleaver

This exclusive Buck model 948 Vegetable Cleaver features a satin-finish, BOS heat treated, 12C27M stainless steel, cleaver blade. With a full tang construction for added balance and strength, this knife is complete with genuine ebony handle scales and steel rivets. Includes a blade cover to protect the edge and for safe storage.

A vegetable cleaver has a similar shape to the meat cleaver, but is thinner and significantly lighter than its counterpart. With a full tang, broad blade design, it can easily chop through tough vegetables, such as potatoes and other root vegetables, but, due to the thinner nature of the blade, is not recommended to hack through meat bones.

This unique knife is expertly built by our craftsmen in Post Falls, Idaho as part of the November 2024 Buck of the Month program and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity to verify this limited built. Only 400 knives produced.

nice kitchen cutter in a favorite of mine super clean stainless steel...the tradition of kitchen knives in Nov continues. this one will be a nice addition to those who already have the other Nov botms, or someone who wants a nice veggie chopper.
