First it was the PM2's that were sold out everywhere, now the GB seems to be that way. And unfortunately that is the knife that I was going to put on my Christmas list. Anybody know if more of them will appear before Christmas?

Yep, right in time when I decided the GB would be my next Spyderco. Someone named Jeff said he really doesn't know when they'll be back in.

I bet they are not out as long as the PM2's. Just a guess, but I bet Taiwan will be able to respond quicker than Golden. Golden only makes about ten different knives (many varieties of those ten models although), Taiwan makes about 22 different models. I bet their capacity is greater than Golden's based on that alone, so they should be more flexible, and able to respond quicker.

With the recent flap over the CF/G-10 laminate scales, it wouldn't surprise me any if production has been suspended pending a change in materials. If the next batch is 5 grams lighter and $40 higher, be sure to thank the whiners.

Oh come on, this isn't the first time people have made a big deal about real or fake cf from Spyderco. They did not care then why should they now, I would not.

Yea i went to buy a bradley and i searched high and low for a bradley and finally found one , but found the last one for a regular price, now they seem to be all gone. Spyderco is just a small company and I've heard they are very behind, I'm still waiting on my para 2 in cts-204p

There was a very extended interval and OOS condition between the first and second runs, even without any brouhaha over materials issues, so I would not look for these coming back into stock any time soon.

Whether we have another Tuff-like situation here, only Sal can say.

One of the more popular online knife stores has a "backorder expect more soon from Spyderco" status on the Gayle Bradley.

Whew, glad I have 3 hehe, Soon to be 2 though, I'm selling one off so that's one available I know about!. I realized I got too many triplicates+ and for what?

GB's are sold out... goes to show what people really think of them scales, the people voted. =)

There's at least one vendor who claims to have 10 in stock. Maybe a few bucks more than most have been asking, but not that much more.

The use of the CF/G-10 laminate scales is not limited to just the Gayle Bradley. So unless Spyderco stopped production on every folder in the lineup that uses it, there probably wont be any need to brandish torches and pitchforks towards "the whiners".

There is a certain shoppe that sell cutlery, that seems to have them in stock. They generally have the best prices as well.

That's then one I was referring to. He's currently taking orders for them, and they will be there Monday or Tuesday. I don't know if it's just for that one retailer or if all others are getting their shipment in at the same time.
