Most knifemakers with several grinders, setup for different functions, have about that in them if they're variable speed.

I can understand the enthusiasm over a new whats-a-digger but for me I'd rather have a couple Norman Coote's, one layed back for tang tapering and scale flatening - etc. and one up for blade bevels.
