Well my first Becker arrived today. BK 2. I was really surprised at the heft of this Hog. I had never handled one and bought it because I had never heard people show so much excitement towards a manufactor. And you were all right this is an impressive piece of steel. I will hold off on any mods right away because it looks and feels great right out of the box. This will stop me from rushing through the woodwork on the handle as I am known to do. Now I wonder how much other stuff I have been missing in this great country of ours. thanks to all for helping me out. :thumbup:

The 2 was first as well ans like you bout it sight unseen because of all the rabid reviews of it. I wanted a knife I didn't have to ever worry if it would be there and if I would mess it up. I have only had my 2 one week today but damn it is a fine knife and i don't think I will even be without one.
