What all the fuss was about, This is my first Becker, I have over 300 of various other brands, and can say what a deal this company is, I stripped and convexed the edge and did some light stuff so far to get a feel for it, and I'm impressed--the sheath I like, i removed the insert and cut the sides about an inch down so it could "collapse" a little, heated it and tossed it in my kydex press, and the retention is great-- Thanks to all you guys that posted pictures and gained my interest, and thanks to Mr. Becker for a great product, this certainly will not be my last.

Thanks, I stripped using aircraft remover, 400 grit around the profile, then tossed it in my blast cabinet with 1500 grit blasting material

looks awesome man. I recommend the bk15 next if your a fan of the 17. A lot of people are finding the new beckers to be their gateway becker, since there are folks that didnt like the big boys for one reason or another. But these tweeners are really just right. Welcome, hope to see you around here more often. 300 knives? man. my wife would crap a brick........then id sharpen knives on it......eww....im rambling now...anyway welcome!

Congrats on your first Becker! They sure are great value! Time to start thinking about what your next one will be...

Also, welcome!

Thats a good looking 16. Thanks for posting it. Tweeners - the new Becker gateway drug!

Looks good, we need some pics of the collection! (just throw the BK16 pic in too to keep it Becker).

Welcome to the forum, hope you stick around.

The PB scales really work well with that finish, I could see some stippling going well with that package too, well done.
