Well I joined this forum a few days ago and promptly purchased a black and orange SAR 3. Well then I had to get a sheath so I saw the thread that David Brown had on sheaths so I bought one. Now my heart desires a satin blade NMSFNO, however whenever I find a thread that has one in it, someone got to it just before me. Someday hopefully soon I will find one. I knew that this would get addictive and expensive. OH well, its been great reading posts and learning all I can about Busse.

Well, you have three options for your desired satin NMSFNO.

1) Get a CG and strip it.
2) Wait for a LE to pop up on the exchange
3) Check an evil, over priced, online auction site. You probably know which one.

Hope you find one, I have a CG and it makes a fine beater.

Welcome red99cobra!!! You have joined an elite knife collecting /using society of freaken HOGS. INFI Hogs that is, so hold on for a ride Bro and again WELCOME***

From a SAR3 to a NMSFNO!

Ha! You got the bug alright! Too late to run now.:D

Welcome to being broke bro!:p

Don't listen to these guys. You will be fine. All you have to do is treat this like a crack addiction. The first step is to sell off all your own stuff that you want less than infi. Then, you will have to eventually start selling other people's stuff you don't really want.

You only really have a problem, when you start selling your body to pay for infi.

The best place to pick up a satin NMSFNO is the various knife shows the Busse crew goes to like Blade and Knob Creek. They usually have some satin models with sweet handles. I've also seen the black paper, orange/black, and sandstorm versions filter down to the exchange.

After about a year being addicted to infi, if I could only keep one it would hands down be the NMSFNO - its just perfection.

You will really love it and its a great first (or last) piece of infi!

Welcome red99cobra:thumbup: Believe me...it won't stop once you get your NMSFNO. You'll be moving on quickly to the next pience of INFI your can't live without:eek:

Thanks for the welcome guys. It seems that the satin blades are more difficult to find. I guess that I could get a coated blade instead as that might be easier to find.

I love mine more than ever at the moment, today I found out that it makes a great thrower!!

Also, red99cobra, check an auction site that starts with e and rhymes with hell.

btw, we are allowed to say "eBay" here.

The CG NMSFNO is a bargain right now. You might find users at below original cost. (Yeah, that would sound funny to an outsider who hasn't studied the Busse resale market)
