I have been saved! Another young man has found his way from the treacherous path of LT and Cold Steel into a welcoming 8-legged embrace.

Sorry about that, this is what happens when a writer knife nut doesn't sleep...

I got my first Spydie today, and I am hooked. The SS plainedge Cricket positively blows me away. What an amazing little knife.

I'm on the lookout for a Civilian/Matriarch, but I think my next will be a Scorpius.

To think I used to think I was cool because I had a S&W Extreme Ops in surgical steel.... I've come so far.

A toast to Spyderco and to the nuts who love 'em!
 
You'd love the Scorpius. It's one of the sleepers in the current lineup that IMHO is going to end up being a classic. :thumbup:
 
Spyderco's knives are a step above the rest as far as materials, design, and even price are concerned. Yes, I bought my fair share of S&Ws, but they are now collecting dust alongside other, higher quality knives; the common failing point being impracticality. Enjoy!:thumbup:
 
The SS Cricket/SE is my constant EDC together with my Scorpius/SE(of lately;) )
