(Now open as) SMKW Novelty Knife Destruction Thread

EDIT: By request of a couple of other interested members this thread is now open to anyone who has destroyed their SMKW junk knife they got with their tweener order. (Sorry moose, they had pitchforks and machaxen.)

Had an hour to kill today, so I decided the SMKW knife had spent long enough on death row, time to face the music.

(Yes, there are videos. I will post them tonight I do not have time to convert them to youtube and get them on here right now, just wanted to appease everyone badgering me in my other thread about killing this damn thing!)

Here's the prep area. I used dryer lint rubbed with petroleum jelly as my firestarter.

FIRE!

After a squirt of lighter fluid.

In one of the videos you can see all of the plastic on the handles bubbling and coming off.

It melted onto some of the wood.

Surprisingly it still kind of was able to open and close.

Here it is on the platform I set it on to baton the sh** out of it with the BK2.

After a lot of batonning/chopping/anger therapy.

Just a few dings and nicks. Looks like I'll be spending some time with the stones tonight.

I took two videos but this is the only one that turned out good. Sorry, no video of the batonning/chopping action. I had no one to hold the camera and besides...it got pretty ugly. But at least ya'll can watch her burn!

At around 1:16 the BK2 makes a cameo to move the fire around.
