Now that my first Ash is on the way, I need to think about a sheath.

Here is my CG ASH-1 in a Spec-Ops small Combat Master sheath. I had to do a mod on the liner to make the ASH fit but it is perfect.

Brian at Okuden has my ASH-1.... Go to his website to see all the models he makes. The nice part is, you won't need to send him your ASH, he has mine to mold with!

I just pulled the pants up on my standard scaled ASH1 today. Gonna leave the Magnum scaled one naked till I decide if I am keeping it or not. Of course I went with Kydex and a Tek Lok attachment

Hera are a couple ASH1 sheaths. I am going to be starting a boatload of them tonight for previous orders. "Two weeks" Ya RIGHT. I wasnt expecting them for a while.

I just used a pan of boiling water. There is a thread here somewhere explaining it. I will update our blog and add the link there for future reference.

But boiling water worked perfectly. Then just carefully push the ASH in when the sheath softens. It took me about 10 min. I had to go slowly. Reheat, push ASH in a little more. Repeat until it is all the way in. :thumbup:

Wow, that thing is crazy!! Just put a SAK in the pocket and you are all set!
