Got a phone call from Shaggi regardiing a little refinish job that I have been waiting on for a while, hey with the war and all it could wait. She wanted to double check the details before she put it into motion. Now that is a refreshing and conscientiouswork ethic for you. She's a keeper Jerry. Yet another reason I do business with these folks. I'll be sure to post some pics when it gets here. :D

I had a similar phone call regarding the same thing
today from Kassi and was very impressed with her
attention to detail, patience and understanding.
Kassi is also another "Keeper" in my book!:)

I will have to agree. I talked to Kassi today and she answered all my dumb ass questions as best she could, in a polite friendly way. Give her a raise!!!

Okay, you guys are making the whole "Hey, a $1.14 an hour IS good pay" argument, a bit difficult to keep up around here!!!!

Umm are you sure that decimal place is in the correct spot? Cause if they are making anything less than three figures an hour something is horribly wrong......

Thanks guys! You all are way too sweet!!;) Hey Matt and Mike, you let me know if you guys need a secretary! You guys are talking my kind of money!! LOL!!
