Got a phone call from Shaggi regardiing a little refinish job that I have been waiting on for a while, hey with the war and all it could wait. She wanted to double check the details before she put it into motion. Now that is a refreshing and conscientiouswork ethic for you. She's a keeper Jerry. Yet another reason I do business with these folks. I'll be sure to post some pics when it gets here.

I had a similar phone call regarding the same thing
today from Kassi and was very impressed with her
attention to detail, patience and understanding.
Kassi is also another "Keeper" in my book!

I will have to agree. I talked to Kassi today and she answered all my dumb ass questions as best she could, in a polite friendly way. Give her a raise!!!

Umm are you sure that decimal place is in the correct spot? Cause if they are making anything less than three figures an hour something is horribly wrong......
