When should I pay on Ganzaa orders?
I've been lucky this month (maybe too lucky, should I throw some knives inna sea?) and my funds are pretty exhausted.
I've confirmed my order and been told that I have 2 err 6 weeks to collect money. Will I be notified whem the deadline comes?
Of course I'll try my best not to proctastinate with payment… still
 
Not sure of the best time. I paid as soon as I called. Seems to be what most are doing if the funds are available. Just make sure you don't forget!:eek: :D
 
They don't usually charge you until they're ready to ship. Which means you need to make sure you have the funds in "2 weeks", or in the case of the MilGanzaaa, 8-10 weeks.
 
If you give them a credit card number, they will charge it approx. 10 days prior to estimated shipping. This seems to be a good method to me, since if there is a delay, you haven't paid early. If they are done early, there's no delay in the knives shipping since they have the payment info on hand.

For example, I just received 4 knives from the October 'ganza. I didn't have a problem waiting, in fact, it gave me more time to build up funds to pay.

I guess it just comes down to what method you prefer to use when you pay.

I agree that charging just before shipping is best for the customer. See some sales fiascoes on candlepowerforums if you want to see why paying before a product is ready is a Bad Thing (TM).
