now this is reall odd ball....

I saw it on the bay... I was going to bid on it... Because it had that 426 blade... But I didn't care for the rest of the knife... :eek:
 
Odd indeed. Barehead "110". Is it a 110 frame? The head doesnt looke like it but the spine does for the most part. Rear bolster looks like an ecolite pattern.

At least he didn't try to call it a 110 like some would.

Yeah.... I'm confused.... what the heck IS that? 110 blade... some other type of frame, I would assume, since the front bolster is so far off from a "normal" folding hunter frame..... hrm.
 
there was a similar knife recently that was sold as a 110, it had the same construction...if you look closely at the front bolster you can see the pins holding the bolster to the liners...the one I saw was etched with the same makers name and IIRC was for the Yakima fire Dept. looked to me to be 110 parts assembled into the Makers own frames...very slim design...it also had similar filework...the one I saw also had what looked to be red/black micarta scales....
