I'm using Tapatalk and signed into the forum using Facebook. I would like to sign into the full site but can't because I didn't set a password???

I've been here so long we didn't have Tapatalk in those days. In fact, I don't think we had Facebook. As I recall, I sent in a cuneiform document on a baked clay tablet by oxcart. But I can't imagine how you got a user name without a password.
Can you go to the upper right corner of whatever you're looking at and log out? Then log in again on a computer and if you don't recall a password, there will be a question if you forget yours, to reset it.

In all seriousness, get into a computer. Tapatalk absolutely sucks when it comes to managing forums. some people end up with multiple accounts and no idea what the passwords are for any of them. I use an iPhone 6, and I browse the forums with Chrome, I have no need or desire for tapatalk. Sorry I cannot be of much help.

I figured it out, when I signed in using Facebook it used a random password. I figured out how to get it to send me the password to my email

I actually came to this sub just now to see if others like the new release. It's actually working really well now.
Tapatalk has a well received spotty record. They had the legacy build and the final version was excellent. They made an entirely new build and it's had a lot of hiccups along the way, but they've made some headway with the last two updates. I'll never feel totally secure because they've botched it so many times, but I'm liking what I'm seeing for the first time in a while.
