Has anyone ever bought a knife to give as a gift, then you decide to keep it? For me, I guess it depends on what type, so I end up buying two.

My brother gave a Skyline to a buddy a couple of years ago. He has a few now.

you'd be a real jerk in my opinion if the person who it was actually meant for found out. All the knives I have gave as gifts are ones that I wanted to get myself, but realized that it would make a great gift for someone else. Just buy another
